It is with deep regret that I report the passing of PPFFA Recording Secretary Emeritus Tom Haines.  Tom passed away on August 18, after a long battle with cancer.  Tom retired from the Warren Fire Department and he was an officer with the PPFFA since the early 1970's.  Please keep Tom's family and the members of Warren Local 1835 in your thoughts and prayers.  There will be a memorial service in Russell, PA on Saturday, August 22 at 10am.  President Martynuska will be attending.  If any member is interested in attending departure will be at 0530 from engine company 3.
